We are soon going to be updating our Jeet Kune Do program schedule. We are going to add some specialized classes in order to focus on specific areas of self-defense. Some of the specialized classes will include a Jeet Kune Do ground fighting class, and AG can go pummeling class. This will allow us to convey more detailed information to the student body. The great thing about Jeet Kune Do it is designed for self-defense, it was not developed for sport-based combat. Since JKD was not developed for the rain it makes a great answer to anyone looking for real-world self-defense. And all this combined with the adult centered environment at the Atlanta martial arts center makes our Jeet Kune Do program a good answer for the professional adult who is looking to learn how to defend himself in today's world but is not interested in the typical meathead mixed martial arts school environment.
