This weekend AMAC in Woodstock GA had Greg Nelson in to teach Thai Boxing. Greg is one of the best instructors i have trained with. He is a true teachers teacher. We focused on the basics and did so at great depth. and if you have been in the martial arts for long you know this is where gook skill comes from, Solid fundamentals.
